What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Rings are made to order and all sales are final. Please make sure your ring size is correct when placing your order.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24 hours and once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Resizing and repairs are available for small fee. Please email info@valeriedownsjewelry.com first to receive a quote, before sending your item for work. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for resizing and repairs.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
